We are offering to become your Brand Partner, collaborating with passionate, mission-driven NGOs to amplify impactful stories, foster community engagement, and drive positive change across Africa through our creative and digital expertise.

Sponsorship Opportunity

We are offering a one-year Brand Partnership where Sahihi Media serves as the Brand Partner for a selected Not-for-Profit organization. This sponsorship provides a unique opportunity for your NGO to leverage our creative and digital expertise to reach wider audiences and create lasting impact.

• Brand Visibility: Prominent placement of your organization’s logo and messaging across Sahihi Media’s platforms, including our website, social media, and campaigns.
• Co-Branded Campaigns: Collaborate on tailored media campaigns, utilizing our expertise limited to graphic design, communication, PR, and digital marketing to highlight your organization’s mission and initiatives.
• Event Exposure: Feature your organization at Sahihi Media’s events, webinars, or workshops throughout 2026.
• Content Creation: Access to professional media services, including press statements, public relations, launches, graphic desig and digital content to amplify your cause.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a registered Not-for-Profit organization with a clear mission focused on social good, community development, or environmental sustainability.
• 2-4 years of proven operations within Eastern Africa.
• Commitment to a one-year partnership (January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026).
• Alignment with Sahihi Media’s values of authenticity, inclusivity and impact.
• Ability to provide a designated point of contact for collaboration throughout the partnership.

Application Process

To apply, please submit the following:

1. Organization Overview: A brief description of your Not-for-Profit, including mission, vision, and key achievements (500 words or less).
2. Partnership Proposal: Outline how your organization’s goals align with Sahihi Media’s expertise and how you envision the partnership creating mutual value (750 words or less).
3. Supporting Materials: Include any relevant materials, such as annual newsletters (we would understand if there is none at the moment), campaign examples, or media assets (optional but encouraged).
4. Contact Information: Full name, title, email, and phone number of the primary contact person.

Submission Deadline: November 15, 2025
Submission Method: Email your application as a single PDF to partnerships@sahihimedia.co.ke with the subject line: “2026 Brand Partnership Application – ‘Your Organization Name’.”

Selection Process

Applications will be reviewed by Sahihi Media’s Partnership Committee based on alignment with our mission, potential for impact and creative synergy. Shortlisted organizations will be invited for a virtual interview in early December 2025. The selected sponsored organization will be announced by December 20, 2025.
